I didn't sign up for Snapchat Plus, yet it charged me 20 bucks for a subscription. I canceled that subscription; I have never been able to use any perks that include Snapchat Plus.
Yet my subscription ends next year in June. I have proof from my account that 20 was pulled.
I still cannot access anything, yet I was charged and never received a refund for it, and I'm pissed that I somehow paid for something that's valid till next year, yet I can't use it. In my opinion, if I got charged for it, I should have access to it.

I tried opening my Snapchat this morning, but it logged me out. When I tried to sign in again, it said my account had been locked for violating our community guidelines.

Need account reactivated
My account was wrongly deactivated, and I really need it back as soon as possible. I submitted an appeal today. Snapchat terms say that the selling of substances is prohibited, and that is what I was flagged for, but I never sold any substance of any kind and only sold clothes and other goods that work with the guidelines.
