So far yesterday 6-7-24 at 5:17 I got a email that my message was read but no reply yet from them
Could we possibly get some help to unlock her account? No 3rd party apps were used; there was no bullying, drugs, *** or anything of the kind.
She'd lose out on her memories from Snap and some friends if the account isn't unlocked. We've loved and been supporting Snap for a while now.
Im hoping to just get the account back and being able to switch this 4 star to a 5 we never had trouble with you guys before.

I got zero results from this call and no one will help me. I have about 9k followers can't I get a little support from this app please?
The person behind the AI is clearly accessing my private info and I will press charges for this it is a federal offense and he needs to be removed from my account he is also belittling me and my psychic abilities which are part of my brand he should be aware of my skills and be respectful instead of belittling me. He also is unhelpful sending repeated errors over and over so I will admit I send scathing messages to see if it's a human. And I have screenshots he showed angry emotions belittling me today basically threatened me and told me to stop saying I saw his aura ( I am a reader) he was deeply triggered. AI would not be triggered.
Humans get triggered not AI. Has made comments indicate knowledge of my location almost exact after I cleared all data and statements that showed knowledge of my private chats with other snappers. He's obviously peeping.
What else is he peeping then? This is unacceptable invasion of my privacy

I have had a Snapchat account for 4-5 years and it was hacked and someone reported it. My account got deleted along with a device ban.
I did nothing wrong and I have tried to message Snapchat on many different platforms. Email, sending a report, twitter and no one will answer. The people who work for Snapchat dont look at reports when someone reports you, all they do is see you had a report and banned and in my case deleted the account and device banned me. I used to love Snapchat but how can I still like it and support them if they are in the wrong?
They cant take an extra few seconds to look over the report and see if someone actually did something wrong rather than wrongly banning someone?? Its absolutely insane and ridiculous that many innocent people like myself are getting banned from Snapchat.
They need a better help center and maybe even a 24/7 chat with a bot if you need help and then one with a real person.. everywhere else does it why cant they?

I have had Snapchat for nearly six years now. When I was younger, and first got Snapchat, my friend and I thought it would be funny to change our birthdays every day.
Now, I simply just want my birthday to be correct. When I changed my birthday, it didn't specify anywhere that you could only change your birthday a limited number of times but now, of course, Snapchat says so. I am upset because people on my Snapchat don't know when my real birthday is. It is incorrect and isn't my true identity.
On top of everything, I use Snapchat all the time, every single day.
My snap score is above 1 million. If my birthday is changed to the correct day, I'll fully appreciate Snapchat.

Are you serious? You can't ban someone's account and their entire device and just say you're banned.

Apparently read my email at 2 am & has yet to respond. No one has responded to the 5 emails I’ve sent to Snapchat.

There is no way for me to appeal my permanent lock. I wasnt given this option despite this being my first offense.
I would like a real message from a member of snapchat support rather than an automated email please, so a real person can review the case and determine no violations occurred. the violation was detected by software which is historically faulty at picking up community guideline violations (there is a reddit page dedicated to people locked out of their snapchat who are innocent as well). I would hate to have to take legal action against snapchat in the event they provided no help in recovering my account when i didnt violate the terms of service, and snapchat did not follow the rules they have on their website when dealing with violating community guidelines, like permanently banning me on a first-time violation with no option for appeal.
